The Blazer, in all its iterations, has always been a staple in the special collections that Nike has put together, one in particular is Off-White’s “The 10” series; one that is largely responsible for introducing the godfather of basketball sneakers into the palate of a new generation of aficionados and enthusiasts.

Whether in its SB form, High or Low, almost 50 years after its debut, the Nike Blazer continues to find itself in the footwear rotation of the most casual and savvy consumer. There’s no surprise that the silhouette would emerge as a member of the “Inspected by Swoosh” pack. Following in the footsteps of its taller sibling and the Air Force 1, it’s also expected that the Air Max would finds its way into the fold.

The iteration of this Nike Blazer Low stands uniform with the senior members of the pack, adopting the same earth-toned dress code. The monochrome brown is delivered in dark tan leather with variants of tumbled finishes, complemented by the tonal shoelaces, nylon tongue, and liner.

Adding to the premium-feel are the Vachetta leather tags tacked over the tongue and tail, debossed with the Nike branding. Right below are the leather Swooshes with contrasted stitches and the dark gum speckled outsole. The pack-specific insoles finish off the design with a Swoosh-approved imprint.

The Nike Blazer Low “Inspected By Swoosh” is ready for delivery and is expected to arrive at Nike.com on 24th September for a presumed US$110.
