Nike will be making a move in logistics this coming Fall, though not with our familiar favorites UPS, DHL or FedEx. Instead, they are giving their Air Force 1 a “Nike Moving Co.” overhaul — no, it’s not an actual moving company but a fictional concept that drives this new AF1 redesign, likely done in tandem with the model’s 40th Anniversary and the numerous celebratory pushes.

Aptly dubbed the Nike Air Force 1 “Moving Company” pack, the Air Force Lows are refreshed in black and cream colorways. In both iterations, the upper takes on a utilitarian canvas construction with contrast stitching in wave patterns across the midfoot and toe. Metallic ring eyelets are paired with toggle lace systems for optimal security. Moving company motifs are found on the insoles and heels, with the Swoosh repurposed to look like a snail — a tongue-in-cheek logo design that’s reminiscent of retro moving trucks. A simple but stylish Sail sole unit rounds out the look.

For those that prefer a little more ankle support, a Nike Air Force 1 High edition is also included in the line up. With beige uppers, this version carries similar design elements as the Lows, save the extra purple ankle strap.

Given the release of official pictures, the Nike Air Force 1 “Moving Company” pack is expected to arrive in the remaining weeks of Summer. In the meantime, why not check out this Shelflife x Nike Air Jordan 2 collaboration that accentuates the model’s performance technology and lifestyle aesthetic?
