For Nike’s EMB series, it’s all about the intricate details. EMB, or Embossed, usually pays homage to the great game of basketball. With the Air Penny 2 “EMB” recently surfacing, the Swoosh brand is ready to double down by introducing another EMB silhouette, this time in the form of a Dunk High.

The upcoming Nike Dunk High EMB isn’t exactly vivid in terms of colors, but surely it’s much more intricate than most other Dunks. Essentially, the uppers is basically a 1:1 model of a Dunk High “Panda”, but differs slightly by utilising tumbled leather.

Giving rise to its title, the midfoot panel comes embossed with an all-over mix of Nike’s branding and basketball motifs. Distancing itself further from the “Panda”, the jet black Swoosh has been instead replaced with a university blue, providing an injection of color to add some vibrancy to the silhouette.

At the time of writing, only one photo has emerged for this upcoming offering of the Nike Dunk High EMB. Similarly, release details are currently scanty, so stay tuned as we’ll bring you more official information once we get them.
