This Nike SB Dunk Low Is Made Using Three Types of Textiles
Take a closer look at the premium construction on this festive dunk low.
Joining the ever-expanding lineup of dunk lows is a new pair of all-red Nike SB Dunk Low “Adobe” with an imminent release.
Look closely and you’ll see how the Swoosh brand has cleverly layered different textiles together a la adobe building blocks. The “Adobe” clay-red base layer is made from waxed canvas, on which short-hair suede overlays in a similar red hue have been added.
Adobe tumbled leather appears on the lateral and medial Swooshes, as well as at the heel tab. The laces also feature the same shade of red. The only exceptions are the Nike SB tongue label, white sockliner and gum soles.
Also worth mentioning is the special graphic insole. Here, Nike has printed a series of graphics that include the Dunk silhouette, bricks and building tools.
Tagged to a US$110 price tag, this pair of Nike SB Dunk Low “Adobe” is set to land on 19 January via Nike SNKRS.
In other sneaker-related news, Nike adds yet another pair of Valentine’s Day-themed Air Force 1 Low.
