In an era where fashion plays a big part in the consumer market, it’s definitely a blessing for streetwear fans to be fed with so many collaborations on a regular basis. While many lineup are circulated around apparel and footwear items, Japanese graphic designer Verdy’s Wasted Youth has decided to switch things up with a special collaborative release with watch label Casio.

Utilizing G-SHOCK’s classic model as the base, the duo introduces the “DW-5900WY” watch which features a simple verstile navy and white colorway. With “Wasted Youth” branding printed on the main board, a luminous graphic respresenting the trademark of the project fills the background in a monogram fashion. Hidden under the time frame comes with a ‘W.Y.’ intials that becomes visible under light. Finished with a packaging that reflects Verdy’s design elements, the watch is sealed in a beer can shaped box that docks the duo’s branding.

Arriving alongside the watch comes with a short range of apparel lineup consisting of a t-shirt and hoodie. Both items features a graphic design of the collaborative watch, with a tulip which represents the Japanese artist’s label.

Set to be made available via the duo, VERDY’S GIFT SHOP will see the initial release on 30th November while Casio will only drop the “DW-5900WY” watch on 1st December, followed by the rest of the collection on 9th December.
