MSCHF Kicks Off Exhibition With Super Normal 2 “5 O’Clock Shadow”
A mischievous sneaker for the mischievous sneakerheads.
MSCHF has been catching attention with their AC.1 boots recently and things don’t end there. With a previous release of the Super Normal sneaker in Green and White colorways, the label is back with another release to coincide with the opening of their solo exhibition at Perrotin Gallery NYC titled “No More Tears, I’m Lovin’ It”.
Limited to 666 pairs, the sneaker sees an upgrade from the previous Super Normal with a new liquified outsole design. Docked in a black shaggy suede upper, each pair will have a unique edition number embroidered on the sides ranging from 1 to 666. According to images, a wooden crate box acts as the shoe box with logo prints filling the body, making it a unique pair in terms of not only design, but also packaging.
Retailing at $185, the MSCHF Super Normal 2 “5 O’Clock Shadow” is set to release on 3rd November via Perrotin Gallery NYC and MSCHF Sneakers App exclusively.
