San Francisco’s legendary skateboard brand, REAL Skateboards, is joining forces with the creative mastermind behind Girls Don’t Cry for a special deck collection arriving on 21st February 2026. This project is a tribute to Skate Shop Day 2026 and is fueled by the long-standing friendship between VERDY and REAL’s premier pro, Ishod Wair.

The collection will feature a total of three decks that seamlessly blend street art with raw skate heritage. One model will showcase the iconic “REAL Oval” logo, reimagined in VERDY’s unmistakable, playful typography.

The standout highlights of the drop are the two pro-signature models. Designed as a diptych, these decks come to life when paired side-by-side, capturing a crossover between VERDY’s iconic character, Vick, and pro skateboarder from The Real Skateboards, Ishod Wair’s loyal companion, Valentine. It’s more than just a graphic; it’s a piece of functional art that celebrates the genuine bond between the two creators, making it a must-have for both skaters and collectors alike.

In the spirit of supporting local skate shops, the distribution will be incredibly limited. Each shop is expected to receive a maximum of only four decks per graphic.
