In the early years of the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG, Aqua Madoor was one of the most frequently-reprinted cards with five versions, including one promotional reprint, coming between 1999 and 2004. However, since 2004, only two new iterations of Aqua Madoor have been seen. As such, the reprinted card’s inclusion in Quarter Century Limited Pack certainly piqued the interest of many in the community.

About Aqua Madoor (Quarter Century Limited Pack QCLP-JP002)

With the exception of the 1999 Aqua Madoor card which was the Duel Monsters II tournament meeting experience promotional card, this card is by far the rarest of all Aqua Madoor cards because it comes in Quarter Century Secret Rare. Since the majority of Aqua Madoor cards were released more than 20 years ago, this card also appeals to the nostalgia of Yu-Gi-Oh fans who’ve been into it for many years.

Another part of this card’s appeal is its ties to the most iconic Yu-Gi-Oh TCG card of them all—Blue-Eyes White Dragon. This is because in the Yu-Gi-Oh anime, the KC Dueltek 1000 Tributed Wall of Illusion alongside this card in order to Tribute Summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon in its duel against Seto Kaiba. This is why an earlier iteration of this card was included in Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon.
