During a recent livestream of the WAVE1 ONE PIECE Card Game tournament in Hiroshima, the first details about and card images of two upcoming Starter Decks to be released on 13 July 2024 were revealed. One of these two Starter Decks is the Green Uta [ST-16] Starter Deck.

The first details about two of six upcoming ONE PIECE Card Game Starter Decks to be released on 13 July 2024 have now been confirmed. One of those two is the Blue Donquixote Doflamingo [ST-17] Starter Deck.

On a livestream of the WAVE1 ONE PIECE Card Game tournament in Hiroshima, the first official card images from this Starter Deck were revealed including the first card of significant rarity—a Super Rare (SR) Boa Hancock card.

As is implied by its title, this 50-card Starter Deck is intended to be able to be played as a standalone deck in and of itself and is primarily targeted at new ONE PIECE Card Game players.

Due to the fact that it’s aimed at new players, the Blue Donquixote Doflamingo [ST-17] will be affordable, coming in at just 550 JPY (~US$3.50).
