[Yu-Gi-Oh TCG] Dominus Purge Is Infinite Forbidden’s Most Coveted Trap Card (Infinite Forbidden INFO-JP078)
Not the sort of card one would expect to be a seriously impressive pull—but it is.
While Trap cards don’t usually garner the same level of fan appeal that the generally more iconic Monster cards do, there are nevertheless certain outliers. An example of this would be the Dominus Purge card from Infinite Forbidden, the most recent Yu-Gi-Oh TCG Core Booster.
This card’s standout feature is its rarity—it can come in Quarter Century Secret Rare just as many other cards released in the year of the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG’s 25th anniversary do. In addition, this card is making its Yu-Gi-Oh TCG debut in this set, so the “novelty factor” is likely to boost its value.
Gameplay-wise, most who are in search of this card will want it for decks mainly composed of Light, Wind, or Earth cards. It also serves as a counter to cards which those decks normally struggle against such as Infernal Dragon from Duelist Pack: Zane Truesdale, Gaia Soul the Combustible Collective from Rise of Destiny, and Five-Headed Link Dragon from LINK VRAINS Pack 3.
This card isn’t out in English yet.
Buying a Dominus Purge (Infinite Forbidden INFO-JP078) card costs 3,000 JPY (~US$19).
