The Pokémon Center Lady is undoubtedly one of the single most iconic characters in the entire Pokémon franchise. A staple of the video games throughout all nine generations, everyone who’s even familiar with Pokémon in the slightest will recognize her. Thus, it’s not surprising that the promotional Pokémon TCG card that features her has seen much interest recently.

A Supporter card first released as part of sixth-generation Pokémon TCG set Wild Blaze [XY2], Pokémon Center Lady has seen multiple reprints since then—but none have been more coveted than this particular version first released as part of a campaign. In that campaign, anyone who bought a booster box of cards from the Infinity Zone [S3] set would receive this Pokémon Center Lady card as a freebie.

In addition to the card’s unique origin, this card of course benefits from the usual “female character boost”. On top of that, the Pokémon Center Lady is one of the most recognizable Pokémon characters—whether in the video games, anime, or manga. The Pokémon Center Lady is also a character present in every Pokémon generation, so for older fans the nostalgia factor might be in play as well.

The English version of this card is 185/185 in the Vivid Voltage set.
