One of two new Pokémon TCG expansion sets to be announced on the same day, Super Electric Breaker / Supercharged Breaker has now been slated for launch in Japan on 18 October 2024. It will drop just over one month after Paradise Dragona lands in stores.
Alluded to by the set’s name, Super Electric Breaker / Supercharged Breaker will spotlight Electric-type Pokémon. While as one might expect, Pikachu is the headliner of this set, the Electric-type rodent which is the face of the Pokémon franchise ironically won’t be featured in its usual electrical form. Instead, the featured card will be a Pikachu which has Terastallized into the Stellar type.
The release of Super Electric Breaker / Supercharged Breaker will also come with a deck box and card sleeves. These items will also feature the Terastallized Stellar-type Pikachu.
There haven’t yet been any details announced regarding this set’s international release.
A booster box of cards from Super Electric Breaker / Supercharged Breaker will have a sale price of 5,400 JPY (~US$35).
