Although the bulk of the Nike Air Max Plus releases in 2024 have been Air Max Plus Drifts, Nike isn’t overlooking the OG either. The Nike Air Max Plus “Black/White/Red” colorway exudes retro vibes while at the same time potentially offering a glimpse of Nike’s future direction with these sneakers.

With a color scheme resembling that of the Air Max 1 “Chili” colorway, this sneaker features a vivid black-and-red gradient. The gradient is placed in a bottom-to-top orientation stretching across the raised fibers on the side.

The “Tn Air” heel text features that same shade of red. The toe box and heel are made of reflective leather; this characteristic is brought out by the white accents on the upper.

The Nike Air Max Plus “Black/White/Red” is expected to drop in March 2024. Available in men’s sizing, a pair costs US$175.
