Save the Planet in Style With the Nike WMNS Air Force 1 Low NN “Platinum Violet/Coconut Milk”
This sneaker is part of Nike's environmentally-friendly Better World initiative.
The latest entry in Nike’s eco-friendly Better World initiative and Next Nature series, the Nike WMNS Air Force 1 Low NN “Platinum Violet Coconut Milk” is made of at least 20% recycled and repurposed materials. This women’s exclusive sneaker is not just aesthetically pleasing and functional—it helps protect the planet too.
The Nike WMNS Air Force 1 Low NN “Platinum Violet/Coconut Milk”, as its name implies, is shrouded in the platinum violet that fills its tumbled leather upper. Coconut milk, its secondary color, is found on the heel tab and Swoosh logos for contrast. As an additional touch, the volt-colored insoles call attention to the shoes’ sustainable nature by displaying Nike’s Sustainability logo.
There’s also a sail-colored Nike Re-grind sole which is arguably the most visually appealing part of the shoe. It’s placed on top of a coconut milk rubber outsole.
The Nike WMNS Air Force 1 Low NN “Platinum Violet/Coconut Milk” will be released in Spring 2024 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, a pair will go for US$115.
