The streetwear label Diet Starts Monday follows on from its Saucony collaborations with another leisure wear team-up, this time around working with Under Armour on its Curry Flow Cozy silhouette.
Davin Gentry who is the founder of the Diet Starts Monday brand is collaborating with Under Armour to pay homage to his high school alma mater, the Madisonville-north Hopkins. Maroon, baja, white, and black are the colors strongly associated with the Madisonville, hence there is no surprise that the Diet Starts Monday x Curry Flow Cozy comes in the mentioned colors. The upper features a mesh black base with maroon suede and baja leather overlays.
Zooming in to the details, Madisonville branding is featured on the lateral profile of the heel. DSM x Curry co-branding can be spotted on the tongue label. The sneakers come with custom graphic insole with the meaning of the word “maroon” printed on it. The look is completed with white laces and outsoles.
The Diet Starts Monday x Curry Flow Cozy “Madisonville Maroons” will drop on 29 July 2022. It will drop exclusively in Madisonville, however, the exact location is currently unknown.
