Nike’s Dunk series has been churning out design after design in 2022 yet continues to present fresh aesthetics. In a first look released by @masterchefian, a Mighty Swooshers Dunk is on its way to blaze a trail with a holographic flame Swoosh.
The Mighty Swooshers line includes designs inspired by the attractive and dynamic art of manga. The Nike Mighty Swooshers Dunk exudes this energetic inspiration through a Swoosh that morphs in image as you move.
On top of a black Swoosh is a lenticular printing of a pixellated yellow flame. When it shifts, the yellow flame extends further up the Swoosh logo. Adding another layer of playfulness is the graphic, glitched lines that border the Swoosh. Complementing this eye-catching Swoosh are grey tumbled leathers that appear on the mudguard and heels. Meshing appears on the quarter while white leather lines the toe box. Though the upper is kept relatively simple, the accents of bright orange and yellow brings visual interest to the design.
