[Update 8 Aug 2023] COSTS has now officially revealed their collaborative ASICS GEL-LYTE III. Take a look at the latest campaign images on the top slider and expect the pair to drop via COSTS on 19 August, followed by ASICS on 25 August. Pre-orders will start on 12 August via COSTS.

Following previous exclusive releases, such as one with Children of the Discordance and Salomon, Shenzhen-based boutique COSTS is gearing up for another exciting collaboration. This time, they are teaming up with Japanese sportswear brand ASICS to create a joint collection featuring the latter’s GEL-LYTE III and GT-2160 models.

Sky Chen, CEO of COSTS, has taken to Instagram to offer a sneak peek of the collaborative shoe collection. The GEL-LYTE III showcases a theme centered around the Chinese character “延” (yan), which signifies “extend” in English. Adorned with a Fall-inspired color scheme, the pair also boasts co-branded elements and thematic designs on the heels.

Conversely, the GT-2160 boasts a simple cream and blue color palette across its upper, complemented by ASICS-branded shoelaces and adorned with Chinese characters on the lace keepers.

Little details have been provided for the GT-2160, but the GEL-LYTE III is expecting a release soon, as according to Sky Chen. As soon as we receive further details, we will promptly update you here.
