[Update 30 Oct 2023] A firm release date of the HAL STUDIOS x adidas Velosamba hasn’t been disclosed but they have been projected to arrive sometime in November. Just a few weeks away, have a look at the gallery above for new images to tide through the wait!

In February, adidas launched the inaugural adidas Consortium Cup where 16 brands come together to reimagine iconic adidas sneaker models. That was when the world first caught a glimpse of the HAL STUDIOS x adidas Superstar. In a distinctive HAL-ish makeover, the collaborative Superstar boasted a brown suede upper with the adidas Three Stripes in black leather.

Fast forward five months, we may be treated to an actual collab between HAL STUDIOS and adidas Originals. In an image posted onto sneaker account @le.syndrome, a pair of black adidas Samba is seen bearing the unmistakable HAL STUDIOS stamp.

The HAL STUDIOS x adidas Samba features a smooth black leather upper with the Three Stripes in a cream/white shade. More similar white tones appear throughout the shoe on the lacing unit, suede heel tab and soles. Teeny tiny text with the names of both brands can be seen around the lateral heel, similar to the HAL STUDIOS x adidas Superstar.

Alongside the Samba, a pair of adidas Forum Low with a similar earthy palette has also been sighted. No further release details is available at the time of writing, so follow along for more latest updates.
