[Update 21 Jun 2023] Following our first report on the Nike Dunk Low “Polar Blue”, the pair was eventually not released on the suggested date of 29 April. While a new release date has yet to be confirmed, rest assured that we will bring you the latest updates on the pair when details surface.

The ubiquity of the Nike Dunk Low is unparalleled in the status quo. Everything has been said, everything has been written, but it seems everything hasn’t been seen with the upcoming release of the “Polar Blue” colorway. Iterations have hyperbolically covered every spectrum of the color palette, but no matter how, less is—in most cases—more. Thus, it’s back to the fundamentals with these.

It doesn’t at all deviate from the its original design, seeing the all-too-familiar white leather base with the titular color dressing the overlays on the mudguard, profile Swooshes, eyelets, and the heel counter. As usual, matching the entirety of the outsole underfoot. Holding the shoes together are the white laces and the white midsoles.

They’re expected to be released on 29 April with a prince point of US$110. These won’t impress any purist but they can still elevate the whole fit paired right.
