Nike continues its foray into web3 via its .SWOOSH subsidiary, a platform blurring the lines between digital concepts and physical sneakers. Launched in 2022, the initiative gained momentum with the exclusive Air Force 1 Low “TINAJ” (This Is Not A JPEG) release for .SWOOSH members in 2023, followed by a teased alternate version the next year.

It later introduced the Air Force 1 Low “404 Error”, and now previews two new iterations of the archetypal silhouette, arriving after the Kai Cenat-fronted Air Max 1 “Low Poly” campaign.

For Spring 2025, the .SWOOSH project expands its quintessential AF1 lineup with the conceptual “Triple Triple Black” colorway.

About the .SWOOSH x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Triple Triple Black”

This “Triple Triple Black” .SWOOSH x Air Force 1 Low finds a balance between subtlety and premium detailing. The monochromatic Black may appear conventional at first glance. Yet, closer inspection brings to light a rich tumbled leather upper in near-black tones, accented by dual Swoosh branding, including a mini emblem at the lateral midfoot. The design employs discreet .SWOOSH signatures, from the tongue tag’s logo to the heel’s “SWOOSH AIR” debossed tab.

As a subtle satirical touch, a toothbrush stamped with the text “You missed a spot” completes the package, nodding to the platform’s irreverence towards dogmatic sneaker norms. An MO further exemplified in the accompanying “Dirty Triple White” colorway.

Release Details

Priced at US$130, the .SWOOSH x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Triple Triple Black” has been confirmed for release on 7 May, exclusively via Nike SNKRS in the US.
