Until further notice, Premium Card Collection – Best Selection Vol. 4 can only be purchased on-site by participants in main or side tournaments at ONE PIECE Card Game Championship 25-26 events in Japan. A purchase limit which hasn’t yet been finalized will also be imposed; all sales at each event will be while stocks last.

There’s a possibility that Premium Card Collection – Best Selection Vol. 4 might eventually be sold at outside retailers; however, there’s no confirmation on this as of yet.

Buying Premium Card Collection – Best Selection Vol. 4 will cost 2,640 JPY (~US$18).
