Volume 5 of the Yu-Gi-Oh OCG Stories manga, the second of the Magistus Arc, will be released on 4 April 2025. It will come bundled with a new promotional card connected to the events of the manga’s storyline: Invoked Magistus Omega.

About Invoked Magistus Omega (Yu-Gi-Oh OCG Stories Magistus Arc Volume 5 promotional card YOS2-JP002)

The character depicted on this card is a transformed version of Aleister Crowley, the protagonist of the Magistus Arc. Crowley’s transformation has already been portrayed on other cards prior to this one’s release; specifically, on the Invocation card first released as part of Booster SP: Fusion Enforcers. Fittingly, this card requires the use of the Aleister the Invoker card—another card from Booster SP: Fusion Enforcers which depicts Crowley beginning his transformation—to be Special Summoned.

This card’s name is an allusion to Omega Summon. Interestingly, even though the Japanese name of this card is “Invoked Beast Magistus Therion”, this card isn’t one of the Therion archetype. Due to its connections to the Yu-Gi-Oh OCG Stories manga, this promotional Invoked Magistus Omega card is likely to most appeal to those who closely follow the manga.

Release Details

No information on this card’s English version has yet been revealed; its sale price also won’t be known until the first copies make it to the open market. Stay tuned for information on that.
