Lightning Storm, a Spell card first printed as part of Series 10 Core Booster Ignition Assault, received a Quarter Century Secret Rare reprint in Quarter Century Art Collection. The new version referenced several notable characteristics of the card as they are related to other Yu-Gi-Oh TCG cards.

About Lightning Storm (Quarter Century Art Collection QCAC-JP017)

The card’s new artwork features Chimeratech Rampage Dragon. This is because Chimeratech Rampage Dragon has a similar effect to that of Lightning Storm; both cards have an effect that destroys multiple Spells/Traps. In addition, Lightning Storm’s other effects are based on those of Raigeki and Mystical Space Typhoon; though this isn’t represented in the new illustration, the card’s original artwork referenced those two cards.

This is one of the cards in the Quarter Century Art Collection which now has an alternate-art Quarter Century Secret Rare version; as such, its value has been elevated accordingly. Additionally, those who read the Yu-Gi-Oh OCG Structures manga will likely be interested in this card as in it, Lightning Storm is part of the decks of Saiko Tendo and Shari Hakumai.
