[Pokémon TCG] Jolteon ex (Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] 209/187) [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
In case you haven't noticed: yes, its second attack is indeed the same as Flareon ex's and Vaporeon ex's but with a different name.
With Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] being a Pokémon TCG set which is centered around Eevee and its eight evolutions, it isn’t surprising that these fan-favorite ‘mons feature as the standout cards of the set—both in their Master Ball Mirror and in their Pokémon-ex forms. One of the cards in the latter category is Jolteon ex—and there’s no doubt that it measures up to the standard set by many of its counterparts.
About Jolteon ex (Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] 209/187)
This card’s Full Art illustration by kantaro makes use of a lightning bolt pattern to represent Jolteon ex’s Electric type. The crystalline art style designed to resemble Terastallization appears to have multiple bolts striking the same spot with Jolteon ex leaping forwards from there. It’s an image that captures the dynamism and intensity that the Electric-type Eeveelution so often personifies.
Since this card depicts one of the eight Eeveelutions and is also a card that comes in Special Art Rare (SAR) rarity, there’ll undoubtedly be a great deal of demand for it. The card also forms part of a quartet alongside the Eevee ex, Flareon ex, and Vaporeon ex cards also from Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] as all four have a primary attack which has a Fire/Water/Electric Energy requirement, referencing the fact that these were the first three Eeveelutions introduced way back in Gen 1.
