Back in August 2023, the Jirachi V Box had been slated for launch in Europe and the US. On release day, it was indeed available in Europe; however, US Pokémon TCG enthusiasts were forced to wait. Days turned into weeks which turned into months; the US release of the Jirachi V Box was nowhere in sight. It was eventually assumed by most to have had its US launch quietly scrapped.

However, this is no longer the case. More than a year after its initial drop across the Atlantic, the Jirachi V Box is now available in the US; this has been the case since 27 September 2024.

About the Jirachi V Box

In the US, the Jirachi V Box will only be available at Walmart stores. Though it hasn’t been confirmed, there’s speculation that it will be a Walmart-exclusive product.

The Jirachi V Box contains two copies of its titular card from the SWSH Promotional Cards—one a regular version, the second a jumbo version—as well as four booster packs, a code card for Pokémon TCG Live, and a cosmos holofoil version of the Absol card from Astral Radiance.

The price of the Jirachi V Box is US$21.99.
