Nigel Sylvester, the BMX virtuoso hailing from Queens, has played a pivotal role in introducing the Air Jordan 4 RM through the inaugural “Grandma’s Driveway” and, later, “Driveway Grey”. As a special guest at this year’s Sneaker Con NYC, Sylvester ensured his presence would not go unnoticed. He entered, sporting a hitherto unseen colorway of his signature “Bike Air” AJ4 RM.

About the Nigel Sylvester x Nike Air Jordan 4 RM SP (New Colorway)

The pair, enveloped in a spectrum of grey shades, featured the iconic University Blue accents on the modified heel logo and forefoot Swoosh.

A closer examination reveals subtle distinctions between this new colorway and the previously announced AJ4 RM “Iron Grey.” While both share a similar aesthetic, the “Bike Air” version boasts a standard Nike Air logo at the heel, lacks the mini-check detail at the toe, and features unique material choices on the tongue.

Release Details

Not much is known about the pair beyond what can be discerned from the images. Regardless, with Nigel Sylvester wearing the pair and showcasing the “Bike Air” imprint, there’s reason to be optimistic that the new colorway will eventually hit the market—likely in 2025. Stay tuned!
