Tadayuki Kato and Shinsuke Nakada, at the helm of the VANS TOKYO DESIGN COLLECTIVE, unveil another captivating capsule collection. This third installment of footwear and apparel sees the titular Slip-On 98 silhouette reimagined through the lens of 1990s Harajuku culture and the London punk scene.

About the VANS TOKYO DESIGN COLLECTIVE Slip-On 98

The footwear component of the collection sees two colorways: a grey plaid pattern adorned with black dotted accents and a sleek black shade elevated by intricate white dotting.

Kato and Nakada have crafted insulating yet lightweight apparel for seasonal transitions, with a reversible puffer coach jacket and a set of half-zip sweatshirts.

The apparel collection’s color palette remains predominantly neutral, featuring shades of navy, grey, and black. This neutral base palette allows the footwear to take center stage while maintaining a cohesive and harmonious aesthetic.

Release Details
