In conjunction with the coming release of Stellar Crown [SCR] on 13 September 2024, promotional Pokémon TCG cards will be distributed at GameStop, Best Buy, and EB Games stores. These cards will be available in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand; all of them are galaxy holofoil cards and are available both in-store and online.

About the Stellar Crown GameStop/Best Buy/EB Games Promotional Cards

GameStop stores in the US and Canada will hand out an Archaludon card with the GameStop logo on its right side. To receive it, US buyers will have to purchase Pokémon TCG products cumulatively worth at least US$15 either at a GameStop store or on the GameStop website while those in Canada will receive the card after spending at least CA$15 (~US$11.10) on Pokémon TCG products either in-store or online.

US Best Buy customers, meanwhile, will receive a Raging Bolt card with the Stellar Crown [SCR] logo on its right side by spending at least US$15 on Pokémon TCG products. Finally, EB Games buyers in Australia and New Zealand stand to get the aforementioned Archaludon card—but with the EB Games logo in place of the GameStop logo—by spending a minimum of A$15 (~US$10) or NZ$15 (~US$9.30) respectively on Pokémon TCG products either in-store or online.

Both Archaludon cards as well as the Raging Bolt card are promotional reprints of cards which will be released as part of Stellar Crown [SCR].

Release Details

It’s unlikely that these cards will ever be released in Japanese.

The prices of these promotional cards won’t be known until the first copies make it to the open market. Additionally, the release date hasn’t yet been confirmed. Stay with us for more information to come.
