adidas has just expanded its lineup of retro Handball Spezial trainers with three fresh colorways, adding a vibrant twist to the beloved silhouette. This week, the brand introduced a textile makeover, wrapping the shoes in colorful corduroy and offering three distinct options that dropped in September 2024.

The Three Stripes has been putting the spotlight on the Handball Spezial silhouette this year, positioning it as another retro alternative to the popular Samba OG. With a chunkier build, enhanced cushioning, and a sturdier midsole, the adidas Handball Spezial offers a different vibe. While several collaborations have reimagined the model, adidas’ in-line releases continue to stand out as some of the best iterations.
This week, adidas quietly released three new Handball Spezial pairs on their website, featuring a new corduroy upper in three unique colors. The collection includes a deep “Shadow Red” burgundy, a soft “Sandy Pink”, and a rich “Mineral Green”.
