Devin Booker’s signature sneaker line continues to expand with the upcoming Nike Book 1 “Sunrise”. Following the success of colorways like “Light Orewood Brown”, “Hike”, and “Rattlesnake”, this latest iteration captures the essence of daybreak and aptly releases slightly before the silhouette’s iteration in “Sunset”.

Drenched in a soft pink hue, the sneaker’s canvas upper evokes the first light of day. Complementing the ethereal pink are subtle Celestial Gold accents and minimal branding, creating a clean and refined aesthetic. The shoe’s design is stripped back compared to previous models, forgoing the book spine-inspired pull tab in favor of a sleeker look.

Performance-wise, the Nike Book 1 Sunrise doesn’t disappoint. A combination of Cushlon 2.0 foam and Zoom Air cushioning delivers comfort and responsiveness, making it suitable for both on and off-court wear. The gradient outsole, transitioning from purple to orange, mirrors the progression from night to day and adds a visually striking element.

The Nike Book 1 Sunrise will launch on 10 October 2024, in men’s sizes. It will be available for purchase at Nike and select retailers both online and in-store, with a retail price of US$140.
