The official word on the next Pokémon TCG expansion set to be launched internationally is now out. Surging Sparks will officially be released on 8 November 2024 with several prereleases taking place between 26 October and 3 November.

Surging Sparks will primarily include cards from the upcoming Japanese set Supercharged Breaker. That set will be headlined by a Stellar-type Pikachu card and will be released in Japan on 18 October.

Other cards to be part of Surging Sparks will include translated versions of those from Paradise Dragona, a set to be launched in Japan on 13 September. Among the Paradise Dragona cards confirmed for inclusion in Surging Sparks are Alolan Exeggutor as well as the Eon duo of Latias and Latios.

There’ll also likely be some cards which find their Japanese counterparts in the Stellar Sylveon ex and Stellar Ceruledge ex pre-constructed decks which drop on 30 August.
