[Pokémon TCG] International Expansion Set Release: Surging Sparks [SSP] [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]

[Update 14 Oct 2024] Two new illustration rares have had their images posted on PokéBeach; one is a Spheal card while the second is an Alolan Dugtrio card. Browse the gallery for them.
Additionally, that same Alolan Dugtrio card had previously only been confirmed for release in Traditional Chinese as a promotional card. This image now confirms that the card will be out in English as well.
[Update 23 Sep 2024] An image of an illustration rare Magneton card which was posted on the Facebook page of Pokémon TCG store owner Danireon has been confirmed by the owner herself to be a part of a future Surging Sparks Elite Trainer Box. Check it out in the gallery.
The version in the Elite Trainer Box will also be released separately as one of the SVP Black Star Promos; however, it’s also now known that Surging Sparks [SSP] itself will also include this same Magneton card; the Surging Sparks [SSP] Magneton card’s rarity isn’t yet finalized.
[Update 27 Aug 2024] As per PokéBeach, Surging Sparks [SSP] will include more than 250 cards including the following:
• 8 ACE SPEC cards
• 9 Stellar Terastallized Pokémon-ex
• 9 other Pokémon-ex
• 23 illustration rare Pokémon
• 11 special illustration rare Pokémon and Supporter cards
• 6 hyper rare gold etched cards
The set’s acronym has also now been confirmed to be [SSP].
Finally, it’s now known that English versions of cards from the Stellar Tera Type Starter Set Sylveon ex [SVLN] and Ceruledge ex [SVLS] will be in Surging Sparks [SSP].

The official word on the next Pokémon TCG expansion set to be launched internationally is now out. Surging Sparks will officially be released on 8 November 2024 with several prereleases taking place between 26 October and 3 November.
Surging Sparks will primarily include cards from the upcoming Japanese set Supercharged Breaker. That set will be headlined by a Stellar-type Pikachu card and will be released in Japan on 18 October.
Other cards to be part of Surging Sparks will include translated versions of those from Paradise Dragona, a set to be launched in Japan on 13 September. Among the Paradise Dragona cards confirmed for inclusion in Surging Sparks are Alolan Exeggutor as well as the Eon duo of Latias and Latios.
There’ll also likely be some cards which find their Japanese counterparts in the Stellar Sylveon ex and Stellar Ceruledge ex pre-constructed decks which drop on 30 August.
No retail prices related to Surging Sparks have yet been confirmed.
