Dr. Martens’ collaborative portfolio boasts partnerships with legendary acts like the Sex Pistols and Black Sabbath. Now, Dr. Martens joins forces with industrial rock pioneers Nine Inch Nails to celebrate the 30th anniversary of their groundbreaking album, The Downward Spiral.

The commemorative capsule collection features three Dr. Martens icons—the 1460 boot, 1461 shoe, and 10-eye 1490 boot—through the dark lens of the titular album. Offered in unisex sizing, the collection boasts premium black materials and unique detailing that pays homage to the album’s themes and iconography.

Look for a stark black and white design referencing the album artwork on the 1460, a “Crystal Teeth” motif adorning the 1461, and a 10-eye boot inspired by the band’s signature use of cornflour to create a decayed aesthetic during live performances.
