[ONE PIECE Card Game] Championship WAVE1 Finals Kyoto Prize Cards, Merchandise Revealed [Release Date: 12 August 2024]

BANDAI recently published information and images regarding prize cards and merchandise connected to the upcoming Championship WAVE1 Finals in Kyoto. This major ONE PIECE Card Game tournament will be held on 12 August 2024 and take place at Kyoto Pulse Plaza.
Prize cards to be awarded include a Parallel Art version of the Portgas D. Ace card from 500 Years in the Future [OP-07] to the winner of the Flagship Battle EX tournament, a Parallel Art version of the Yamato card from Kingdoms of Intrigue [OP-04] to high-ranking finishers in the Flagship Battle EX tournament, and a copy of Promotional Pack Vol. 5 to all Flagship Battle EX, Matching Battle, or Side Event tournament participants.
On the subject of the Matching Battle tournament, those who win three games in it or in the Side Event tournament will get their hands on a Parallel Art version of the Portgas D. Ace card from 500 Years in the Future [OP-07]—though not the same one that’s already been mentioned—as well as a copy of Promotional Pack EX Vol. 1.
Like all other tournament prize cards, expect them to go for serious money once the first copies to hit the open market do so.
There’ll also be various types of ONE PIECE Card Game merchandise up for sale at the venue itself. One of these is a custom playmat depicting the Straw Hat Pirates—presumably implied to be at series’ end (which in reality in likely many years away). That playmat sells for 3,850 JPY (~US$24).
Next, there are 70-packs of limited card sleeves; each pack bears the emblem of one of the Four Emperors: Monkey D. Luffy, Shanks, Marshall D. Teach, and Buggy. Each pack has a price tag of 990 JPY (~US$6.13).
Finally, an event-exclusive booster pack containing 12 cards will be for sale there. The Premium Card Collection – Best Selection Vol.2 carries a retail price of 2,640 JPY (~US$16).
