Yu-Gi-Oh TCG Cyber End Dragon

Cyber End Dragon is among the most iconic cards in the history of the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG. First introduced in Cybernetic Revolution, a 2005 Core Booster, this card has since seen countless reprints owing to its status as a perennial fan favorite. Thus, when TACTICAL-TRY DECK: Doomsday Assault Cyber Dragon was released, it came as little surprise that the newest version of this card ended up being the deck’s sole Ultra Rare card.

Cyber End Dragon features as a cover card for the fifth time; it’s also a cover card of Cybernetic Revolution, Expert Edition Volume 4, Dark Revelation Volume 4, and Prismatic Art Collection The card is perhaps best known from its role in the Yu-Gi-Oh anime where it’s the signature card of both of the Truesdale brothers—first Zane and later Syrus.

Further adding to this card’s appeal is its connections to various other canonical aspects of the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG. For example, its DEF is equal to the ATK of Cyber Twin Dragon, the card that serves as its counterpart. Likewise, its ATK matches Cyber Twin Dragon’s DEF. Additionally, two of Cyber End Dragon’s three heads are references to other cards. The head on the left resembles that of Proto-Cyber Dragon while the head on the right is likely based on that of Cyber Dragon Zwei.

The version of Cyber End Dragon from TACTICAL-TRY DECK: Doomsday Assault Cyber Dragon is only out in Japanese. However, many versions of this card from past sets have been printed in English as well.

The price of a Cyber End Dragon (TACTICAL-TRY DECK: Doomsday Assault Cyber Dragon TT01-JPA27) card is 4,610 JPY (~US$29).
