During a recent livestream of the WAVE1 ONE PIECE Card Game tournament in Hiroshima, the first details about and card images of two upcoming Starter Decks to be released on 13 July 2024 were revealed. One of these two Starter Decks is the Green Uta [ST-16] Starter Deck.
This Starter Deck is not to be confused with the existing Green Uta deck that’s commonly used in tournament play. The 50-card Green Uta [ST-16] Starter Deck, like all other Starter Decks, can be played as-is and is therefore targeted at ONE PIECE Card Game beginners.
Of the cards revealed on the livestream, probably the most noteworthy is the Super Rare (SR) Shanks card. It’s the only one thus far to have been shown to have a significant rarity.
As it’s primarily meant for ONE PIECE Card Game novice, the Green Uta [ST-16] Starter Deck is affordable; it sells for just 550 JPY (~US$350).
