In October 2023, players who finished in the top 8 of Flagship Battle tournaments were awarded a Super Rare (SR) Charlotte Linlin card from the Big Mom Pirates [ST-07] Starter Deck. This card depicting one of the most iconic villains in the entire One Piece series was already one of the most coveted cards of its set; its newfound status as a tournament prize card further burnished its reputation.

This card’s illustration pictures Linlin summoning Zeus, her companion thundercloud, by way of the powers she possess via the Soul-Soul Fruit. The bright crackling electricity that surrounds Linlin as she summons Zeus highlights Linlin’s immense power. Zeus, meanwhile, is shown in his “attack mode”, unleashing an attack on an unspecified opponent.

There’s also a bit of One Piece trivia weaved into this card which avid fans will notice. The scene depicted has to have been one from earlier in the Whole Cake Island Saga because it’s Linlin who’s still controlling Zeus. As the narrative progresses, Zeus is taken by the Straw Hat Pirates and eventually ends up siding with them.

As a card originally awarded as a Flagship Battle prize card, this card inherently carries a degree of prestige and exclusivity. That alone is enough to jack up its value to a degree.

The price of a Charlotte Linlin (Big Mom Pirates [ST-07] ST07-010) card is 12,000 JPY (~US$77).
