On the surface, it would’ve been understandable if the Cornerstone Mask version of Ogerpon ex had not emerged as a coveted pull from the newly-released Pokémon TCG set Mask of Change [SV6]. After all, the “elemental” types have historically been the most popular among most Pokémon fans, and the Cornerstone Mask form of Ogerpon is its only one which isn’t one of those types. As it turned out, though, demand for Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex has indeed kept up with that for its counterparts.

Like the other Ogerpon ex cards from Mask of Change [SV6], Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex is displayed in its Terastallized form. Thanks to the mask which it bears, Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex becomes a pure Rock-type when Terastallized.

This Terastallization effect is the focus of this card’s Full Art illustration as shown by the crystalline patterns that dominate the general imagery—both with regard to Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex itself as well as the background.

This card’s status as one of the four signature cards of this set combines with its rarity of Special Art Rare (SAR) to establish its position as one of the set’s standout cards.

Although Twilight Masquerade [TWM] will contain an English Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex card, it won’t be a translated version of this one.

One copy of a Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex (Mask of Change [SV6] 128/101) card sells for 2,700 JPY (~US$17).
