The latest iteration of the popular running shoe series has arrived in Japan—equipped with several improvements for runners looking to get more out of their running shoes.
For one, the FuelCell Rebel V4 utilizes a Pebax-infused FuelCell midsole for an even lighter feel with enhanced bounce-back.
Next, durability is ensured by strategically using rubber in the forefoot and Ndurance technology in the heel—a combination that offers stability and responsiveness across various running gaits. To boot, the outsole incorporates a non-slip feature for added strength.
The upper benefits from New Balance’s data-to-design approach. It features engineered mesh that adapts to the foot’s natural expansion and contraction during running.
The New Balance FuelCell Rebel v4 builds upon the line’s legacy of lightweight responsiveness. It comes in five attractive colorways: men’s sizes in “White/Lime”, “Blue”, “Black/Lime”, and “Black”; women’s sizes in “White/Lime” and “Red”.
The shoes have hit brick-and-click New Balance retailers in Japan today, 8 March 2024, and go for 16,500 JPY (~US$111).
