Despite its relatively pedestrian rarity level of Rare (R) and its fairly affordable price point, this Koby card from Paramount War [OP02] has recently been ranking among the most frequently-sold ONE PIECE Card Game cards.

The majority of this iteration of Koby’s appeal lies in its origin as a tournament prize card. Those who placed in the top 8 in one of several Flagship Battle tournaments were awarded this card.

Apt for a card which was a tournament prize, this card has a high level of gameplay viability. It combines early game removal of unnecessary cards with a solid Life total of 4,000. This card also needs just one more DON for an attack against most Leaders.
