[Pokémon TCG] Lillie’s Full Force Brings Z-Crystal Energy (Dream League [SM11b] 068/049)
A seventh-generation card that's recently seen its popularity and value spike.
Over the course of Pokémon Sun and Moon’s narrative, Lillie undergoes a shift in mentality which culminates in facilitating the protagonist’s confrontation against Aether President Lusamine. This Full Art Secret Rare (SR) version of the Lillie’s Full Force card from Dream League [SM11b] dramatically depicts this shift.
First released in seventh-generation subset Dream League [SM11b], this card has not only retained its appeal since then but even added to it. The card portrays Lillie mimicking the Normal-type Z-Move—symbolic of her changed mindset as in the video games, she referred to herself as her “Z-Powered form”.
It’s always been the case that female characters who play major roles throughout the storylines of video games are likely to have major fan appeal. Lillie is no exception in this regard. Finally, the illustration makes use of holofoil and star patterns to fully capture Lillie’s new mentality while at the same time giving the card a striking, eye-catching look.
This card’s English version has already been released—it’s card 230/236 of Cosmic Eclipse.
One copy of a Lillie’s Full Force (Dream League [SM11b] 068/049) Full Art SR card costs ¥92,300 (~US$613).
