The iconic Nike Air Max 97 gets a fresh desert makeover! This new colorway, dubbed “Dune Red,” takes inspiration from the sandy hues and architectural features of desert landscapes. While not directly related to Denis Villeneuve’s upcoming Dune film, it still offers a striking visual experience.

The “Dune Red” colorway features an upper that blends a burnt orange hue with earthy tones, sitting on a crisp white base. The Air Max 97’s iconic wavy overlays start with a bold red at the top, gradually transitioning to a deeper maroon towards the bottom, mirroring the natural blending of colors seen in sand dunes.

Rounding off the design, the full-length Air unit and outsole echo the maroon shade, while white leather and mesh maintain a clean, fresh look.
