The Nike Air Jordan 38 Low “Black/Particle Grey” Continues a Monochromatic Trend
There's a lot that can be done with "simple" black and grey—as shown by this sneaker.
Jordan Brand’s low-top sneakers have been selling well thus far this year, so it’s no wonder that more colorways are on the way. The Nike Air Jordan 38 Low “Black/Particle Grey” is next in line; it’s also the next of many recent sneakers that have primarily made use of monochromatic color schemes.
Made of a blend of nubuck, textile, and neoprene materials, the sneaker is mostly black, and also highlighted by grey accents. These accents are most clearly seen on the textile embroidery near the collar and heel.
The tongue lining features vibrant blue accents to add contrast to the mostly monochromatic color scheme. Those same accents make an appearance on the black midsole.
The Nike Air Jordan 38 Low “Black/Particle Grey” will be released on 27 February 2024 at Nike and select retailers. Exclusively available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at US$175.
