Nike’s latest efforts to focus on women’s sneakers have largely made use of re-releases of 2000s running models. The latest example of this is the Nike WMNS Shox R4 “Silver/Purple”.

In October 2023, this sneaker was released in a “White/Silver” colorway. This sneaker largely resembles that iteration but adds touches of light purple on the outsole, Shox cushion columns, and interior lining.

Interestingly, the Nike Shox R4 hasn’t had a men’s sizing release in almost four years. There are rumors, however, that the upcoming release of the Nike WMNS Shox R4 “Silver/Purple” will be a precursor to a men’s equivalent at some point in the future.

While a release date for the Nike WMNS Shox R4 “Silver/Purple” hasn’t yet been finalized, it’s likely to launch in either Spring or Summer 2024. Each pair will retail for US$170.
