Konami isn’t letting up when it comes to putting out content to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game (TCG). Next in line: the upcoming release of the Quarter Century Chronicle side:Pride booster pack.

The second of a pair of themed booster packs, Quarter Century Chronicle side:Pride is to be released exactly one month after the Quarter Century Chronicle side:Unity booster pack.

In both booster packs, a large number of cards have been used by and associated with many fan-favorite characters across the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise. Both booster packs also skew towards tournament play because they included many cards and themes frequently used in tournament play over the years. This makes both booster packs suitable for competitive players.

The Quarter Century Chronicle side:Pride booster packs contains a total of 200 cards. Usually, 120 of these are Super Rare, 80 are Ultra Rare, and two are Quarter Century Secret Rare. Not only that—every single card in the set comes in the 25th anniversary-exclusive Quarter Century Secret Rare form! To add to this, 60 of the set’s cards are also available as Ultimate Rares.

To top it all off, a mega-lucky 1,000 buyers selected at random will receive a side:Pride Token card with the booster pack. They can use this code to apply for the Quarter Century Unity & Pride Campaign. Those who got the token card after buying a pack in Japan stand to receive Quarter Century Secret Rare copies of “Blue-Eyes White Dragon” and “Red-Eyes Black Dragon”. Token cards from booster pack purchases in other Asia-Pacific countries, meanwhile, will land “Maiden with Eyes of Blue” and “Dragon Spirit of White” cards of the same rarity.

Quarter Century Chronicle side:Unity booster packs will be released in Japan on 23 March 2024 at a price of ¥385 (~US$2.60) per 4-card pack. A box of packs will contain 15 booster packs.
