Skaters, Take Note: The Nike SB Janoski “Blue Suede” Is Coming
It's not often that a sneaker with two different insole options comes around.
A decade and a half after its 2009 debut, the Nike SB Janoski has become one of the most legendary shoes in Nike’s enormous catalog. An especially beloved line among skaters and sneakerheads who trend towards the more casual end of the spectrum, a new chapter has been written in this 15-year story: the Nike SB Janoski “Blue Suede”.
This latest iteration is somewhat of a throwback—this can be seen in its familiar blue suede upper, white midsole, and grippy gum outsole; all features that avid skaters will love. Leather laces add security while also adding to a more cohesive look.
Interestingly, there are two different insoles to choose from. One is made of cork while the second option comes in the same blue suede of the upper.
Although the release date is still under wraps, the Nike SB Janoski “Blue Suede” will likely find its way to Nike retailers at some point over the coming months. One pair of these sneakers will sell for US$95.
