Following the success of the recently-released Nike Jordan Luka 2 “Tar Heels”, Nike and Jordan Brand have infused Dallas Mavericks star Luka Dončić’s latest signature shoe, the Nike Jordan Luka 2 “Black/Volt”, with similar visual motifs. The difference? The colors are just slightly subtler this time around.

The shoe’s medial side is its most prominent feature. Its eye-catching “volt” color emblazons the midsole. For contrast, the lateral side’s midsole is white. The white midsole also allows the visually stunning celestial-themed pattern on the base to stand out.

The sneaker’s base is overlaid with support structures in solid black. Not only are these support structures both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, they also call to mind Luka’s own playstyle—full of moves such as pivots, step-backs, and Euro steps.

To be released on 2 February 2024, the Jordan Luka 2 “Black Volt” will be available in both adult and GS sizes. An adult pair will cost US$130 while a GS pair will be worth US$100.
