[Update 17 Nov 2023] Another release of the Extra Butter x adidas Samba “Consortium Cup” has been confirmed! Catch the pair’s arrival via BAIT on 22 November with a retail price tag of 22,000 JPY (~US$147).

Following previous releases with Puma and Reebok, New York-based premium sneaker boutique Extra Butter has now sets its eyes on the coveted adidas Samba model.

Presenting a fresh look of the silhouette, a green-blue shade takes over majority of the suede upper composition. Reworking the classic three-stripes panel, the pair features three stitched panels across the sides.

A complementary yellow then lands on the tongue, inner linings and heel tabs before ending off with a embroidered Extra Butter sun logo at the rear. Rounding off the design comes a gum rubber outsole on the bottom.

Scheduled for a 15 November release, the Extra Butter x adidas Samba “Consortium Cup” is expected to arrive via adidas and select retailers. Stay tuned for more potential updates on the pair here.
