Roll the Dice on Brain Dead and Magic: The Gathering’s Latest Vegas Collection
Featuring apparel, accessories and other tchotchkes.
Kyle Ng’s Brain Dead, a Los Angeles-based brand, is expanding its collaborative ventures with a reunion alongside Magic: The Gathering.
The new Vegas Collection falls in line with the iconic card game’s 30th anniversary, and features an array of offerings, including apparel, accessories and other tchotchkes.
At the vanguard is the six-foot card rug, meticulously crafted in Japan from 100% woven cotton. While predominantly brown, it features vibrant accents in red, blue, green, white, and black, with a price tag of US$1500.
Accompanying too is the dice tray, elegantly fashioned from naturally tanned cowhide leather, boasting burnished edges and a laser-etched collaborative logo at its center. To complement this, a multicolored dice pack is also in the offer.
Additional highlights include the lineup of play mats adorned with graphics such as warbands and goblin war buggies. Although the emphasis lies on hard goods, the collaboration also extends to four short-sleeved T-shirts available in white, blue, and black, each featuring captivating artwork on the front.
The entire collection has been available at Brain Dead’s website since 26 September. Make haste if you’re getting a piece of it. At the time of writing, some items are already sold out!
