Nike Celebrates National Hispanic Heritage Month 2023 With “Familia/Dia De Los Muertos” Collection
Consisting of the Air Max 1 and Pegasus 40 models.
[Update 10 Oct 2023] Mexico’s Day of the Dead will begin on 2 November, and Nike’s commemorative “Familia/Dia De Los Muertos” collection will arrive ahead of it. The collection consits of the Nike Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 2 PRM, Nike WMNS Dunk Low PRM, two colorways of the Nike Air Max 1 PRM, and the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 40.
The pairs will cost between US$130 to US$165 and will arrive sequentially between 19 to 26 October.
Each year, National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated between 15 September to 15 October as a recognition of Hispanic Americans’ influences towards the history, culture, and achievements of the United States.
This time, joining the celebration comes sportswear giant Nike, for an upcoming commemorative offering with the “Familia” collection, consisting of the Air Max 1 and Pegasus 40 models.
Constructed in a distinctive mix of materials, each pair comes dressed in a vibrant color scheme composing of Sail, Pink and Sanddrift hues, completed with custom “Familia” graphics on the tongue labels.
Officially releasing on 27 September, the Nike Air Max 1 and Pegasus 40 “Familia” pack will be arriving via Nike SNKRS with a retail price tag of US$130 and US$140 respectively.
